If you are interested in booking your next vacation at Mark and Dave's Place all you need to do is follow the instructions below. 2. Fill out our Event Invitation Form: Now that you have chosen your desired dates we need to get some basic information from you and all of the members in your group For this step we will send you an e-mail - in this e-mail we ask you to fill out your pertinent trip information to help us prepare for your adventure. All you need to do is read over the enclosed information, fill in the required fields, and send it back to us like you would any other e-mail. Please fill in as much of the information as you can.
3. Confirm Dates and Make Deposit: Once we have confirmed your dates and received your event invitation form we require a $1000 deposit to secure your booking.
You can pay by American Express, VISA, or Mastercard with a 2.5% surcharge, you may also send checks on behalf of Mark and Dave's to:

5. Make final payment: You final payment is due one month prior to your trip's departure. Once that's in along with the information from our event invitation form you're all set to go!
6. Show up: Rule #1 is to remember to not miss your flight...believe us, it can happen to anyone. Once you arrive into Managua you will be greeted by a handler who will whisk you away to our waiting vehicles or to the car rental office of your choice... Total drive time to Mark and Dave's from Managua is only 60 miles but takes 2 1/2 hours on average because of dodgy roads and occassional mud! It's all worth it!

Mark and Dave's Place is located on Iguana Beach in the heart of the Nicaraguan Riviera. It is situated roughly 60 miles from the Managua Airport but due to the nature of the third world roads, or lack thereof, it requires a spirited 2 1/2 hour journey to get there. The house is set amidst 600 acres of native trees, lagoons, a restaurant-bar, and a few other sparse developments, all of which are highlighted by a spectacular mile long white sand beach overlooking three of the best waves in Nicaragua.
The whole idea and concept behind this venture is to offer a simple, user-friendly alternative for people who want to visit this area but only have one week to make it happen! Most of our guests just want to surf the best waves of their lives and very few guests leave our area because there really is no need to! We only accept whole group bookings so we can guarantee your trip will filled with just you and your friends, a great time to reconnect and share a few laughs, waves, and stories!
Our ultimate goal is to be able to provide our guests the best experience of their lives; an experience that will keep everyone occupied whether they are out surfing, hanging out at the house, or on another adventure.
