We run on a 7day / 7night (saturday to saturday) schedule for those people that can only escape to paradise one week at a time. We are capable of accommodating up to 8 people in 4 private rooms (+ room for many more off site). Each room includes two single beds, hot water shower, tv/dvd, with vintage Nicaraguan design and appeal. To review our schedule - please click on “book your trip” link at the top right corner. RATES:

We recommend our “All Inclusive Package” - this covers accommodations, meals, transportation and beverages (beer and wine included) - no stress - packages start at $1,395+ per person

We can accommodate groups ranging from 1 to 20+ guests

TRIP DETAILS:

Your trip will include the following:

You will be greeted by our staff of 5 - Our staff will help you will your day to day needs (Ordering Fresh Fish, Boat Trips, Zip Line Tours, Etc)

1. Airport Greeting and roundtrip transportation
2. Private Transportation Van and Driver (Monday through Saturday)
3. Chef Gustavo’s will provide - 3 meals per day, fresh fruit, snacks and appatizers, water, gatorade, and beer and wine)
4. Beach front accommodations w / a private pool on the sand / located directly in front of Ponga Drops Reef
5. 7 days/7 nights accommodation
6. 24 hour Security

8. TV/DVD in every room / Also a 50 in. Flat screen TV in the main area with DVD, Satalite, and Apple TV (over 40 movies)
9. Access to our private 9 hole golf course (club and golf cart rental available - bring T’s and balls as they are expensive at the pro shop)

11. Private access to two of the best waves in Nicaragua - Colorado’s & Ponga Drops (Other surfers access by boat or walk 45-60 minutes)

There is a $5 VISA fee on arrival.

Because of our remote location please bring cash… US dollars are accepted in all locations

We recommend that each guest brings $200 to $400+ for the week.
