Our surf package includes an oceanfront location, comfortable accommodations with soft beds, air conditioning, and private bathrooms, three delicious meals a day plus drinks, round-trip airport transportation from Managua, access to swimming pools, shaded palapas with hammocks, high-speed Wi-Fi, and fun games to enjoy during your stay.
You will have Private access to two of the best waves in Nicaragua – Get barreled at Playa Colorado or cruise down the line at Panga Drops. While most of our guests prefer to just stay at the house and walk to these two awesome surf breaks, our guide can also book a charter boat or take you to other surfing locations.
Part of our package includes round trip transportation to and from the Managua Airport. Expect a 2.5 hour drive to Mark and Dave’s. We can also accommodate transportation from Costa Rica. (call or text for details)
Please consult with your doctor before traveling on international excursion. In general, you will need to update your tetanus shot and series of hepatitis shots. Although; there are pharmacies in Nicaragua, we advise bringing prescription medication with you.
We have unlimited wireless internet available throughout the resort. Bring your laptop, tablet, PDA and plug in – The electrical outlets are 110v – the same as in the USA.
Check -In is at 3:00pm & Check Out at 10:00am. Please enquire for early check in or late check out if needed and we will accommodate if possible.
We understand that not everyone wants to surf all day so we also offer yoga classes, massage services, fishing trips, local excursions, golf within the community and horseback riding. Please ask in advance or feel free to ask when you arrive.
Yes! We have expert surf instructors available to help you improve your surf skills, whether you are a complete beginner or looking to get barreled.
Most surfers prefer to bring their own quiver. However, we can help you arrange a surfboard rental at a local shop.

Dave’s is part of the Hacienda Iguana gated community on Playa Colorado, one of the best surf spots in Central America.
Playa Colorado is especially known for its two world class beach breaks. It offers perfect conditions for intermediate to advanced surfers looking to get barreled.
